reservation with our Guest Services department, you will receive our Guest Services Package that includes details about the services below and the activities we can assit you with.

Guest Services for our Clients


Lift Ticket Delivery Service - Give us 48 hours notice and we will happily pick up and deliver your lift tickets to your chalet prior to your arrival. Get up and hit the slopes!
Grocery Delivery Service- Long drive ahead of you? Let us take care of the shopping. We can arrange to have everything stocked in your accommodation when you arrive.
Ski School Reservations- Ski school is not just for beginners any more. Polish your passion. Clinics, day camps. All inclusive lesson/rental /lift packages are available.  Full day or half day lessons for beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders as well. Let us book it for you.
Shuttle Reservations- Don’t want to drive. Relax and have the shuttle driver do the driving. Let us arrange your transfers from either Calgary or Kalispell.
Dinner Reservations - Thinking of needing dinner reservations, give us a call in the morning or for a special event like New Years we may need a few weeks in advance however we would be happy to  make the arrangements for you
Private Chef - Thinking of going out but would rather stay in? Don’t compromise, our gourmet certified chef will come into your accommodation and prepare a first class meal to remember.
Executive Meetings & Retreats - Fernie is the perfect setting for a company retreat or board meeting weekends. Many of our executive homes have board room size tables and Rocky Mountain Vacations would be happy to arrange everything you need from a breakfast meeting, power point, flip charts, projectors and refreshments.
The extra 10% - Anniversaries, Birthdays, Honey moons or a Romantic getaway. Champagne, flowers, dinner arrangements or even chocolates or a bottle of wine ready for you on your arrival. You let us know what you had in mind and let us make it happen.

Suitable for everyone. You can choose your degree of fun! Everything from a scenic float on calm water or a thrilling afternoon on a guided raft through rolling rapids! If you have a real sense of adventure you can paddle your way down the river in your own inflatable kayak.(no experience necessary; min. 12yrs. of age)

Always a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. Fernie is a little town wrapped in a blanket of mountains. Every direction is something to see. Hiking in Fernie has something for every one. If you wish, you can catch the chair lift up to the top of Fernie Alpine Resort and spend the afternoon wandering through endless meadows and moderate grades. Or if you are up to more of a challenge, guided hikes and day trips through the surrounding mountains will leave you breathless!
